We pay special attention to pairing our dishes with wines from the Dão region, notably with our feautured Casa da Ínsua wines, which match the heritage of full-bodied wines with a long finish and the aromas of the Beira Alta, unique acidity and aromatic complexity, together with Mozambican flavours.
